Applications & data

Business software that serves your flows — and stays integrable.

CRM, ERP, document management, e-invoicing, business intelligence or custom development: we start from the real process, the data and the interfaces before choosing the solution.

Application landscape

A business solution is only worth its adoption, its data and its integration.

We design the application portfolio as a coherent whole. The open source or proprietary choice is never a posture: it follows from the need, the vendor risk and the total cost.

01 / Relationship

CRM & customer service

Sales cycle, customer relationship, campaigns, quotes, support and a shared view of the business.

02 / Management

ERP & finance

Purchasing, sales, stock, production, finance and preparation for e-invoicing according to the applicable timetable.

03 / Documents

DMS & collaboration

Document lifecycle, search, access rights, signature and well-governed workspaces.

04 / Decision

BI & data

Data models, quality, indicators, dashboards and the circulation of data.

05 / Process

Workflow & automation

Task orchestration, controls, notifications and less re-keying.

06 / Differentiation

Custom business software

Dedicated applications where the process creates a real advantage or cannot be covered cleanly by the market.

What we cover

Choose, integrate, migrate and operate.

A mission does not stop at configuration. It deals with the data, the interfaces, security, adoption and future running conditions.

Transformation method

Reduce the cut-over risk before asking the business to trust it.

Application projects rarely fail because of the main screen. They fail on forgotten interfaces, inconsistent data, business exceptions and a migration that was never rehearsed.

The principle: rehearse before switching.

Extraction, transformation, loading, reconciliation and business testing are run over several cycles until the cut-over becomes predictable.

  1. 1

    Map

Processes, actors, rules, data, interfaces and pain points.

  2. 2

    Arbitrate

Standard or custom, scenarios, total cost, vendor dependency and trajectory.

  3. 3

    Configure & integrate

Functional batches, interfaces, security, data take-on and change management.

  4. 4

    Rehearse & accept

Business acceptance, data reconciliation, cut-over rehearsal and decision criteria.

  5. 5

    Stabilise & evolve

Hypercare, support, adoption measurement, backlog and product governance.

Application architecture

The data and the interfaces remain your property.

We favour explicit interface contracts, a coherent identity, observable flows and proportionate data governance. Changing one building block must not force you to rebuild all the others.

Points of control

  • Data reference sets and responsibilities
  • Documented, versioned APIs
  • Monitored, replayable flows
  • SSO and identity lifecycle
  • Exports and reversibility conditions
  • Measured quality and reconciliations

Frequently asked questions

Choosing and transforming business software.

Open source or proprietary: what is your position?
Open source can strengthen transparency and reversibility; a proprietary solution can sometimes offer a better functional fit or a more mature ecosystem. We evaluate both against total cost, integration, security, vendor risk and exit capability.
Can you replace an ERP or CRM progressively?
Yes, where the functional domains and the interfaces allow it. A capability-by-capability trajectory reduces risk, but it demands an explicit transition architecture and firm data governance.
Do you stay involved after go-live?
Yes. Administration, support, evolutions, flow monitoring and continuous improvement can be included in the engagement, with defined responsibilities and service levels.
