IKNSA, a French société par actions simplifiée — Meaux Trade Register 814 789 319 — 272 rue de la Croix Blanchot, 77750 Bassevelle, France, is the controller for processing connected to requests submitted through iknsa.com. Contact and assessment forms
The information requested is used to qualify the request, produce the requested report and organise the requested call-back. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the person's request. Mandatory fields are marked, and leaving them empty prevents the report from being sent or the call-back from being arranged; all other fields are optional.
The company selector queries, from the IKNSA server, the public French "Recherche d'entreprises" API backed by the Sirene register. The search term is transmitted to this official service; the SIREN, name, activity, category and workforce bracket of the selected company are attached to the request. Share capital is not provided by this source and is not collected by the website; where it needs to be verified, this is done separately against the national register (RNE).
The e-mail address must be a business address. The domain is checked to exclude the main personal and disposable mailbox providers; this check triggers no advertising enrichment.
Requests are available to authorised IKNSA staff responsible for qualification and, where necessary, to the relevant operational managers. OVHcloud provides the hosting and e-mail services required for the service. No transfer of form data outside the European Economic Area is planned.
Requests are kept for twelve months from the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship, dispute or legal obligation requires separate retention. Assessment answers not attached to a request are deleted when the session expires.
Prospecting separate from the requested answer requires a distinct, optional choice.
Audience measurement
No audience measurement system, advertising cookie or marketing tracker is active at launch. Interface events remain in the browser and are not transmitted to any third party.
If audience measurement is enabled later, this page will be updated before activation. Any measurement not strictly exempt from consent, advertising tag, remarketing or matching with an external platform will remain blocked until the person's choice.
Your rights
Depending on the situation, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can exercise these rights through the form below. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Exercise your rights
This form is reserved for requests concerning personal data. A personal e-mail address is accepted: the request will be handled at the address you want the reply sent to. A proportionate identity check may be requested before the request is carried out.
Security
The service uses encryption in transit, encrypted storage of requests, short-lived session tokens, anti-abuse filtering, logging free of personal data, access control and a deletion policy.
