Contact and assessment forms
The information requested is used to qualify the request, produce the requested report and organise the requested call-back. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the person's request. Mandatory fields are marked, and leaving them empty prevents the report from being sent or the call-back from being arranged; all other fields are optional.
The company name can be entered freely. After three characters, the website offers an optional lookup through the public French "Recherche d'entreprises" API backed by the Sirene register. If a company is selected, the search term is sent to that official service and the SIREN, name, activity, category and workforce bracket are attached to the request. Without a selection, only the declared company name is sent to IKNSA and checked during qualification. Share capital is not collected by the form.
Any valid e-mail address can be used. Only explicitly disposable mailbox domains are rejected to limit automated submissions without excluding personal e-mail services.
Requests are available to authorised IKNSA staff responsible for qualification and, where necessary, to the relevant operational managers. OVHcloud provides the hosting and e-mail services required for the service. No transfer of form data outside the European Economic Area is planned.
Requests are kept for twelve months from the last exchange, unless a contractual relationship, dispute or legal obligation requires separate retention. Assessment answers not attached to a request are deleted when the session expires.
Prospecting separate from the requested answer requires a distinct, optional choice.
Audience measurement
With your agreement, IKNSA uses a self-hosted Matomo platform to measure pages viewed, visit origin, general browser characteristics and useful journey interactions such as calls-to-action, opening an assessment or successfully submitting a form. Field contents and contact details are never sent to Matomo. The IP address needed to route the request is processed by the collector operated by IKNSA; no data is sent to an advertising network.
Before you agree, the Matomo script is not loaded and no measurement request is made. If you accept, the collection routes remain on the iknsa.com domain and the Matomo visitor cookie is limited to six months. Your choice is stored for six months in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time using the “Analytics settings” button in the footer. Refusing has no effect on the website's features.
Your rights
Depending on the situation, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can exercise these rights through the form below. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Exercise your rights
This form is reserved for requests concerning personal data. A personal e-mail address is accepted: the request will be handled at the address you want the reply sent to. A proportionate identity check may be requested before the request is carried out.
Security
The service uses encryption in transit, encrypted storage of requests, short-lived session tokens, anti-abuse filtering, logging free of personal data, access control and a deletion policy.
